Q: I DON’T KNOW WHAT MY RING SIZE IS! HOW CAN I GET IT MEASURED?

A: The best way to find your ring size is to stop by any local jeweler and simply ask them to measure your finger(s) to determine your size. You also can bring a ring that you know fits well and have them measure it. This works great if you're buying a ring for someone else! Q: CAN I GET A RING RESIZED?

A: Most of my rings CANNOT be resized and I am currently unable to accommodate resizing. If there is a particular piece that you just adore and it isn’t your size, request a quote for a custom order by filling out a “Contact” form. I will be in touch to see what we can do!

 

Q: HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

A: To properly care for your one-of-a-kind piece, take care while wearing as natural stones can be delicate. View it as a piece of artwork that you’d like to preserve for generations to come! To prolong the life of your piece, I suggest you remove it while engaged in physical activity (swimming, climbing, lifting). Simple regular cleaning with a soft cloth and mild soap will keep your sterling silver shining. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or jewelry cleaners as these can damage the surface of the stone or remove the patina on your piece.

 

Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP? HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

A: I ship everywhere! Orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase, with made-to-order pieces within the specific time frame stated in the listing. You will be notified via email once your package ships and be provided with tracking info. Postage prices are calculated upon checkout and vary based on the chosen rate and destination. Domestic orders have the choice between First Class or Priority Mail upon checkout. All international orders will be shipped Priority to ensure the protection of your piece. All pieces are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 1-5 business days in the U.S. and 1-6 weeks internationally depending upon destination. Once a package has been dropped off at the post office, it becomes your responsibility. 

 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

A: I gladly accept returns within a certain timeframe. Please be sure to:

  • Contact me within 3 days of the delivery of your piece with reason for return.
  • Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Pieces must be in their original condition and packaging in order to receive a refund.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Custom pieces CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
