The bright golds, oranges, and reds in this piece of agate reminded me of standing in the bottom of a canyon, looking out.
I cut the back of the bezel to follow the contours of the stone and to let light shine through its upper portion. In place of a traditional bail, I placed a tiny piece of tube stacked on square wire, reminiscent of natural rock formations. The jumprings are just large enough to keep this pendant safely on its 22” chain.
